Ryan Sheehy is an Award winning filmmaker, director, writer, and producer with roots in the music video industry. In 2020, Ryan ventured into narrative filmmaking with "Pen Island," a satire about mental health and the importance of human connection. This experience shaped his subsequent projects. Ryan's next short film, "No Words," was a dive into the manic imagination of a man overwhelmed with grief who struggles with communication. His latest short, "The Final Stoge," explores themes of toxic masculinity, fading relationships, and appreciation for the fleeting. These films, among others, have been selected and screened at dozens of high-caliber film festivals around the country. As a writer, Ryan has penned three feature films spanning various genres, each maintaining a dark comedic undercurrent. His latest feature, "How to Disappear," is currently in development and is slated for production in Mexico City in April of 2025.
